Yes, We offer replacement bulbs for all of our products. If you would like to get an extra set of bulbs shipped with your order please contact us prior to making a purchase.

Each listing will give you an option to purchase without, with Nostalgic or LED bulbs. Each listing will define the bulbs options in the details.

Yes, both the incandescent and LED bulbs are dimmable.

Suspended Mounting: We include a black ceiling canopy and eye bolts. Chain, rope or cable is NOT included with your fixture. You can purchase them at your local hardware store. They will have different styles to choose from and many will have several colors as well. We leave these selections up to the client to be able to match their décor.

Flush Mount: All standard hardware is included. If you require toggle bolts longer than 5" then please contact us before shipping your order (additional charges may apply).

Most of the incandescent bulbs are rated to last from 2,500-3,000 hours and the LED bulbs are rated for 15,000 -30,00 hours per the manufacturers.

Yes, we can modify the cord lengths to your specifications prior to production so please contact us immediately (additional charges may apply). Once you receive the fixture, the cords can only be decreased in length, not increased.

We recommend keeping the chandelier inside and away from any wind or rain. Contact us if you would like to discuss make an outdoor fixture.

No returns are accepted, but we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If a product arrives and is unsatisfactory please contact us as soon as possible to discuss resolving the problem.

We will exchange a non customized standard chandelier within 10 days of receiving the shipment, less shipping charges, for any other chandelier in our line, or a custom chandelier.

If your item/s has been damaged in shipping please photograph each side of the outside of the box - with focus on any damage to the outer box, inside of the box (picture of the inside of the box with visibility of all packing supplies used) and damages to the item/s and email them to us immediately. Do not discard the package or any items until notified by us. FedEx may send someone out to examine the damage and the box. We must be notified within 10 days of delivery of the damaged merchandise in order to replace your chandelier. If you discard the box, packing supplies or damaged fixture/s, there will be no solution for us to help you.

We only accept cancellations within 3 days of placing your order. No Exceptions.

We ship USPS priority or FedEx depending on weight and package size. All packages are insured to their full value. Please make any necessary or special shipping arrangements prior to your purchase.

Please note delivery times: in general, most items will take 2-4 weeks before they are ready to ship unless noted. All products are made to order. If you need a rush placed on your order message us with your request before purchasing. We ship from Fort Myers, FL.

When your item ships, your order will be updated and you will receive a shipment notification with your tracking number.

Each light is handcrafted and no two are exactly alike. Every effort is made to match the dimensions, color tone and finished texture as closely as possible.

We are a UL certified company, but not all of our fixtures have a UL label. We will not be responsible for any fees incurred or returns due to this. Please check with your electrician before purchasing and contact us if you need a UL label for your fixture.

We will not be held responsible for items that are confiscated by Customs officials in your country. You must make sure your items are allowed in your country BEFORE you purchase them. Items seized by your country will not be refunded.
