All of our fixtures are handcrafted in the USA using the highest-quality components ensuring a lifetime of use and enjoyment. Each light is handcrafted and no two are exactly alike. Every effort is made to match the dimensions, color tone and finished texture as closely as possible.
Once you have received your light fixture, contact email@example.com to activate your registration or fill out the registration card included in your shipment and mail back to us. We will not warranty any of our products unless there is a valid registration within 30 days of purchase.
Refunds and Exchanges
No returns are accepted, but we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If a product arrives and is unsatisfactory please contact us as soon as possible to discuss resolving the problem. We do accept exchanges on non-customized fixtures within 10 days of receipt of delivery. Please contact us ASAP.
If your item/s has been damaged in shipping please photograph the outer box, packing supplies used and damages to the item/s and email them to us immediately. Do not discard any of the packaging or any items until notified by us. We must be notified within 10 days of delivery of the damaged merchandise.
We only accept cancellations within 3 days of placing your order. No Exceptions. We order all parts for each piece as the orders come in and your order goes into production. Each piece is custom made to the variances you have chosen.
UL Certification: Not all chandeliers are UL listed as shown (unless noted), please contact us for a UL upgrade if it is required.
We will not be responsible for any inspection, or certification fees incurred. Please check with your electrician before purchasing.

Please note delivery times: in general, most items will take up to 3 weeks before they are ready to ship unless noted. If you need a rush placed on your order email us with your request.
